These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RideGrid Asia recruiting website (the "Site"), operated by RideGrid Asia Pte. Ltd. ("RideGrid Asia", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

01Who can use the Site

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contractor or employment relationship. By submitting an application you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that it relates to you, and that you have the right to share it with us. The Site is a recruiting and information resource; it is not an offer of employment.

02Applications and the recruiting process

The Site allows you to review open roles and submit an application through our form. Submitting an application does not create any employment, contractor, or agency relationship, and does not obligate RideGrid Asia to review, respond to, interview, or hire you. Role descriptions, seat counts, required skills, and compensation ranges are indicative, subject to change, and provided for information only. Any actual engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

03No fees

RideGrid Asia does not charge candidates any fee to apply, interview, or be considered for a role. We will never ask you to pay money, purchase equipment, or share financial account credentials as a condition of the recruiting process. Treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to us.

04Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your application.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that belongs to a third party without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Do not use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or automated bulk submissions.

05Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by RideGrid Asia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the materials you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for the purpose of evaluating your application.

06Third-party links and services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services (for example, portfolio, messaging, or analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

07Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideGrid Asia and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in the recruiting process.

09Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
